Breathing Space is a retreat designed to offer you guidance as you breathe, move, and experience nature. Unleash your wild spirit!

Through daily yoga and breathing practices, guided meditations, freeform dance and explorations in nature, you will:

  • Learn how to connect body, breath and mind through simple but powerful Chakra Balancing Vinyasa Yoga and pranayama

  • Explore your inner creativity with mandala building — and optional pottery classes on site

  • Express the freedom within you through uninhibited dance

  • Be grounded on the earth as you explore, walk, or simply enjoy the views from the retreat center’s plentiful windows

  • Nourish body and soul with freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals and tea, or treat yourself to an Ayurvedic spa treatment
