Join Sibylle for a 75 min Chakra centered crystal bowl sound healing/chakra balancing session. She will be playing the Crystal bowls that vibrate at a specific note and each note responds to with one of the wheels of enery in the body called chakras.

Relax and fall deep into your own sonic universe with a crystal bowl sound meditation. For many, the result is a blissful state of consciousness. Sibylle Klaus is a licensed Massage Therapist and Budokon/Yin and Restorative Yoga teacher. She has been experimenting with Sound Healing for a few years now and has taken multiple trainings and workshops in the sound therapy field.

Absolute Beginners Yoga 6-week Series

New to Yoga? Think you're not flexible enough for yoga? Have your friends, family, or others been encouraging to try yoga? Then this workshop series is for you! We provide a safe, comfortable, friendly, non-competitive environment for you to explore this thing called Yoga. In this 6-week series we cover the basics of a Flow Yoga class. Katie will break down the poses (asanas) step-by-step, focus on learning how to create balance in the body, mind, and spirit, through strength, core awareness, and flexibility. Basic Yoga terminology will be defined and broken down. Yoga breathing techniques for relaxation will be woven into every class that can be used in your every day busy life.

This class is offered as a series of 6 classes for a special rate of $79 on Mondays beginning January 14 from 6:00-7:00pm. Limited space available.

***No use of regular class passes allowed

Intro to Acro Yoga with Lydia and Jason

Acro Yoga is a partner based practice that incorporates elements of Acrobatics and Yoga.  Acro teaches high levels of communiction, trust, community, and confidence all wrapped up in a super core and totally body workout of fun.  You don't need a partner to get started, just a willingness to learn in an atmopshere of positive vibes. 

In the "Intro to Acro" class you'll learn some of the basic moves and string them together in a flow.  The moves are Plank, Bird, Bow, Folded Leaf, Hippie Twist, Side Star, High Flying Whale, Throne and Shoulder Stands. 

Acro is an adventurous play land to learn, share, experiment and grow with others.  No experience necessary and fun guaranteed! 

Jason Kierce has been an avid yoga practitioner for about 13 years.  Yoga is a huge part of his daily life.  After graduating Yoga Teacher training at Y2 Yoga in May '15 he founded Charlotte Acronuts on FB.
