Week 1: Introduction to mindfulness and breath based meditaion. Will cover the neuroscience of mediation, finding your meditation seat, and pranayama (breath work).
Week 2: Mantra and japa meditation (mantra repetition) for the busy mind. Bring your own mala (prayer beads) or you may purchase some at the studio. **Discounted for particiapants**
Week 3: Sensory based meditation (slow motion prana, sound, touch, visual) and caring for our sensory intake in daily life.
Week 4: Mindful eating and Ayurvedic philosophy.
