🌟Integrating Yoga-Based principals for warming up, cooling down or into a class for sport or activity-specific training
🗣Sequencing acquired over 15 years, 10,000 hours of teaching practice and successfully proven from thousands of athletes taught
🏀Specialty classes for schools, teams, clubs, sports and therapy facilities
⭐️This is a prerequisite for Yoga for Athletes Pt. 2, which will take place this same weekend.
NOTE: To be qualified for this training you must meet one of the following requirements: a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, athletic or personal trainer, licensed massage, occupational or physical therapist, chiropractor, physician or nurse, coach or athletic director.

🤓You will be sent a PowerPoint Presentation 5 days prior to training to review and a POP QUIZ will be given.
You must possess a strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology and movement methodology. No need for Yoga certification if you meet the other requirements, as this will NOT be a Yoga Training, but a new way to teach athletes about injury prevention, mobility and stretching.
